Cancellation Policy

Please note that we start the preparation for our meeting from the moment when the appointment has been confirmed. Therefore, no refunds are issued except in the unlikely event where we need to cancel the appointment. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will be happy to assist you at no charge provided that your request is made at least 24 hours before the initial appointment time. However, we reserve the right to decline your rescheduling request if made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. When requesting a rescheduling, send us three different dates and times (GMT/UCT) options at least 5 days before your new preferred schedule by email.
